1. Who we are. This online store is operated by Aura International Commerce LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming (United States), with its address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By buying from or using this site, you accept these terms.

2. Products. We sell cosmetic products for external use. They are not medicines and do not replace advice from a healthcare professional. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use. Always follow the instructions on the packaging. If you notice irritation, stop using the product and consult a specialist. Photos are for guidance only.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in your country's currency and are the prices you pay at checkout, except for the import taxes described in the Shipping Policy. Payment is made in advance using the methods available at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

4. Orders. You will receive an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order and refund the full amount if the product sells out, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we detect possible fraud.

5. Discounts. Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout, under the conditions shown in the store. They cannot be combined with each other unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping and returns. These are governed by this store's Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

7. Liability. We are responsible for the products we sell in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for use of the products contrary to their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country.

8. Intellectual property. The texts, images and designs on this site belong to their authors or licensors. You may not copy them without permission.

9. Privacy. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States). If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts or consumer authorities.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies.
