We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Order processing. We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time starts from dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Tracking. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number and a link to follow it.
Import taxes. Your order ships from outside your country. Unless checkout states otherwise, the price does not include any import taxes or fees your country may charge (for example, VAT), and the carrier or customs may collect them on delivery.
Delivery address. Please check your address before paying. If you contact us before your order ships, we will correct it at no cost. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will offer to resend it; the cost of resending is your responsibility.
Delays, losses and damage. If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the maximum delivery time, or if it arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number (and photos, if it arrived damaged). We will review it and either resend the product or refund you.
